EPISODE 061: Coming Home to Pleasure and Joy with Sydney King
I recently saw my former student Sydney on social media radiating pure joy - and I just had to know more.
In this episode, I invite Sydney to share her life since working with me and to go deeper into her experience of transformation. We get into her childhood wounds, divorce & codependency, the disconnection she felt from her body, and so much more. I was blown away by how much she has shifted, you guys. Join us for all of her relatable gems and to find out why she’s glowing so brightly.
We dive into:
The changes/shifts that have Sydney glowing!
Building trust in her gut & intuition
Her parents’ divorce, the shame her mother experienced & discovering the depth of her family's dysfunction
Finding the emotional root of her physical pain
Feeling sexually disconnected in her marriage, isolating after divorce & discovering some of her patterns
The most challenging/painful moment she had in my program
Her biggest, practical shift from my program (hint: this one’s about pleasure!)
And more
