Join us for an all-inclusive 8 day, 7 night luxury healing retreat on a stunning private property nestled in a Biosphere Reserve in Tulum, Mexico. Experience deep nourishment, transformation, and fun in this extraordinary setting.

Casa Maya Kaan offers exclusive luxury within the breathtaking Sian Ka’an wilderness sanctuary. This private residence sits on a pristine, hidden white-sand cove overlooking the stunning emerald Sian Ka’an lagoon.

This two-level, open-concept home has 3900 square feet of casual living space, including a crafted wooden deck terrace with comfy couches and a rooftop pool.

The stunning estate offers various spaces for meditative relaxation while gazing at the vast horizon.

Who can join this retreat?

This is a women's (and women-identifying) retreat.

This retreat is designed for those who want to:

Feel comfortable and juicy in their own skin, reclaim their power and confidence, and embody their most authentic and fully expressed self.
Awaken to their next level of freedom and receivership.
Connect in-person and cultivate community. (Bonus byproduct: possibly heal sisterhood wounds. We all have them.)

Can my female (or female identifying) spouse/partner attend?

Because this is a time to focus on you, it is recommended that your spouse/partner does not attend but I trust your inner wisdom to decide if it feels aligned or not.

What if I'm new to microdosing and feeling nervous?

If you're nervous about microdosing, I want to reassure you that it's normal, especially given the stigma attached to psychedelic medicine.

That being said, microdosing is safe. Research has shown that mushrooms are even safer than cannabis.

Microdosing is extremely gentle and subtle, yet profoundly impactful. Many people say, “I don’t feel anything” and then experience a breakthrough.

During the retreat, I will teach you how to intentionally and effectively microdose, support you in choosing the right dose, and guide the group in a microdosing practice every morning.

If you decide you want to stop at any time, that’s absolutely no problem. We honor your needs, voice, and asking for exactly what you need.

Do I have to microdose to participate?

Microdosing is completely optional. The retreat will be deeply healing on its own.

You can also decide during the retreat. Just give us a heads up on the reservation form.

Are there microdosing contraindications?

Yes, we do not recommend microdosing if you:

Are bi-polar
Are schizophrenic
Take litium
Have severe cardiovascular disease you will not be able to microdose
Are breastfeeding

Is there a maximum number of participants?

Yes, to ensure an intimate experience, we are limiting the retreat to a maximum of 15 participants.

What's the refund and cancellation policy?

The $1000 deposit is nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend this retreat, you can transfer your place to a friend, but your deposit and the full price of the retreat are non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a transfer.

I recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.

Are there payment plans available?

Yes, all payment plans need to be complete by Feb 15, 2025.

There’s a 10% service fee that’s added to your monthly payments if you choose to pay with a payment plan.

Can I save money if I pay via my bank account?

Yes, if you pay via ACH with your bank account, you will avoid paying the 3% credit card service fee.

What international airport do I fly in and out of?

Tulum, Mexico (TQO)

Is there airport transportation to and from the property?

Yes, shuttle service is included in the price of your retreat if you fly into Tulum, Mexico (TQO) on April 4th between 10am-2pm. And depart from Tulum, Mexico (TQO) on April 11th between 2-5pm.

It takes about an hour without traffic.

Can I add meat to my meals?

Yes, you have the option of adding meat to your meals. $200 will be added on to your cost.

What if I have food allergies?

The retreat center honors all allergies and will make the necessary adjustments needed. We will need to know what your allergies are ahead of time so we can give the chef time to prepare.

Is the water safe to drink?

Yes, each room has a pitcher of clean water for drinking and for brushing your teeth and can be refilled easily by asking the staff. The cooking staff uses filtered water for all food prep.

Is there access to WiFi?

Yes, there is Wifi available. I highly recommend that you create space to be fully present and unplug so you can receive the most from the retreat.

What's the weather in April? And what should I pack?

In April, the weather ranges from low 70s to high 80s. The morning and evenings are cooler.

Bring:

Sweaters and layers for the mornings and evenings
Bathing suits, sunhat, sunglasses
Reef safe sunblock to protect ocean wildlife
Comfy, light, and flowy clothes to lounge in, that feel good on your body
If you want to lean into your sensuality practice, bring clothes that help you feel juicy and sensual
Clothes for yoga and movement practices
Natural mosquito repellent (there’s not a lot of mosquitos at this time of the year but better to be prepared)
A journal and pen
Water bottle to use around the property
There are no ATMs close by so we suggest you bring cash (for additional shuttle driver tips or anything else you want to purchase). USD cash is accepted in Tulum.

Laundry service isn’t available but you can wash your clothes in your sink and dry it in the sun. Bring non-toxic detergent if you decide to do this.

Yes, there is 24 hour security & the retreat center is located on a large piece of private property.

When are the group calls being held?

Connection and Prep Call: March 26, 2025

1-2pm EST on Zoom

Traveling to a new country and going on a retreat can bring up nerves sometimes. So this call’s intention is to get all retreat participants connected and grounded so you’re experience will be even better!

Integration Call: April 23rd, 2025
