I recently had another meditative moment in the ocean where I was able to deeply connect with myself and the space around me - and I owe it all to my deep practice of surrender.

It may seem simple, but learning to bring attention to where you hold tension and relaxing those tense spots in your mind & body is a powerful first step in establishing a practice of surrender in our own life.
