EPISODE 018: Finding Belonging in Motherhood & Comedy with Hollie Harper

In today’s episode, I have a beautiful conversation with Hollie Harper, self-proclaimed “comedy nerd” and devoted wife & mother. We dive deep into her journey as she shares her experiences with the mother narrative and its effect on her body & career, cultivating space for creativity in her life, and finding belonging in motherhood & comedy. It was so beautiful for me to receive and I hope you enjoy her story.

We dive into:

  • Hollie’s inspiring 20+ year marriage and her powerful motherhood journey (find out why I call her Supermom)

  • The pivotal shift when she realized comedy was her path - and the mental block that was keeping her stuck

  • Connecting with and owning all the parts of ourselves

  • Finding space for creativity while being a devoted mother & wife

  • An authentic, tender moment around desire and need for connection

  • And more
