EPISODE 113: Being Yourself is the Best Brand

Being yourself is the best brand.

But many of us carry a block within our bodies that hinders our ability to show up and be heard, seen, and felt as our truest selves. To overcome this, deeper healing and nervous system work around our visibility and voice are essential.

In this episode, I’m diving into the importance of building a brand that reflects who you truly are and how to practice the being and doing cycle (the Yin and Yang) of visibility work to unravel and shed the layers that keep you from embracing your most authentic self and truest purpose. I get into the powerful and foundational Yin work crucial to getting unstuck in your life and work and how surrendering to what is, whether it's anger, grief, or resistance, allows these emotions to move, reducing your suffering and frustration around showing up.

Join me to lean further into this internal visibility work so you can cultivate a calm confidence and sense of safety that allows you to show up as your truest self in the world.

I dive into:

  • Integrating and embracing different parts of the self to create an authentic & magnetic brand

  • The importance of the being and doing cycle (the Yin and Yang) of visibility

  • Exploring our unconscious patterns of self-dimming

  • The connection between visibility and numbness, disconnection, or anger

  • The role of intuition in embodying your most confident and authentic self

  • And more
