I am a New York State licensed Acupuncturist and a Nationally Board Certified NCCAOM Diplomat. I received my Masters in Acupuncture at Tri-State College of Acupuncture where I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, trigger point therapy, Kiiko Matsumoto’s Japanese style acupuncture, and esoteric acupuncture.
I am also a flower essence practitioner, sound practitioner, reiki practitioner, and a certified coach.
One of my biggest passions is continuously learning new tools as a way to have more joy in my life and sharing what I’ve learned with my patients and clients.
I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT THE WORK I DO
I undeniably know the power of the mind-body-spirit connection and I provide my patients with self-care tools that will allow them to have more balance in their life. I specialize in what I have personally experienced on my own journey, which allows me to understand my patient’s processes more intimately.
We all have a deep desire to feel good and to feel connected, to ourselves and others, as much as possible and I’m here to inspire, remind and give others permission that they can have it. I have many years of personal experience with chronic physical pain and emotional pain and I know the process it takes to move through it.

My parents’ passions laid the foundation for me…
My mother was a strong yet caring leader, visionary, grassroots organizer and entrepreneur. She was an out-of the-box thinker, risk taker and passionate about creating change in the world.
My father used to be a Jesuit Priest and is currently a Taoist teacher. At a young age, he taught me about the laws of the Universe and how we’re all connected by energetic vibrations. He continues to impart his wisdom about truthfulness, compassion, acceptance, love and truly enjoying each moment.
My stepfather was a Chinese herbalist and a grand master of Hung Gar Kung Fu. I have fond childhood memories of him feeling my pulse, looking at my tongue and asking me all sorts of questions in order to come up with a herbal prescription specific for me. Herbal teas were a regular part of my life and kept me super healthy. He inspired me to learn Chinese medicine and has influenced the way I care for my patients.
My goal is to continue their collective vision of helping others and giving back to the community.
